Growing Our Impact
Libraries and museums in Asian American communities play a crucial role in celebrating diverse cultures, preserving family and community histories, and fostering cross-generational connections. IMLS offers a variety of grants that can benefit museums and libraries serving Asian American communities by enabling the preservation of cultural artifacts, fostering learning opportunities, and improving accessibility to these rich histories and stories. These grants allow museums, libraries, and cultural centers to expand educational outreach, develop engaging public programs, and create resources that celebrate the diversity and contributions of the Asian American community.
