Perot Museum of Nature and Science Dallas, TX The new Perot Museum of Nature and Science's Sports Run Exhibit teaches kids and adults alike the science of running, and allows audiences to race local sports figures and iconic animals both prehistoric and currently living. Anchoring the exhibit is a 55-foot long interactive screen that displays the content, giving the audience the look and feel of a real race against a life-size opponent. The exhibit challenges children and adults to run the length of the exhibit, showing their times compared to their opponent, most often of which is the 3D life-size Tyrannosaurus Rex. As the most physically interactive exhibit in the museum, it teaches audiences the importance of a healthy life-style, using both animals and athletes to communicate this message in a fun, non-obtrusive way.
