New York State Archives Partnership Trust

The New York State Archives will conserve several collections of historical documents created between 1775 and 1783 that document both the Patriot government's prosecutions of Loyalists and the British occupation and government of New York City during the American Revolution. Conservation treatment of these fragile documents will be the first step in making them available to scholars, students, and the general public. The State Archives will digitize the collections after conservation to increase their accessibility.
