RFCUNY - LaGuardia Community College

LaGuardia Community College’s Library Media Resource Center and the Center for Teaching and Learning will develop an online cross-disciplinary guide that shows faculty how they can incorporate research and information literacy skill building into their coursework and class assignments. Included in the guide will be sample research assignments that target information literacy outcomes. The guide will be an open web resource and made accessible to faculty nationally. Information literacy standards regarding information use and retrieval developed by the Association of College & Research Libraries will be used to guide curricular development.
