The project will collect and analyze qualitative data to ascertain perceptions about the efficacy of these experiences particularly for those in the academic and research library and archives sectors. The research will explore best practices for leadership development as a retention and advancement strategy and will inform the designs and implementations of future efforts and for broader professional audiences.
