Log Number: RE-251098-OLS-21

The University of South Carolina will develop a four-part symposia series to explore critical features of a new librarianship founded on learning and community. The international virtual sessions exploring topics of diversity, internationalization, post-neutrality, and a post-COVID agenda over the next 10 years will highlight the work of emerging scholars and librarians. This peer-reviewed work will be openly available on a specially designed ScholarCommons site following the symposia; select contributions will also be featured in an upcoming revision of The Atlas of New Librarianship published by MIT Press. This symposia series will have immediate and long-term significant impact while foregrounding issues of diversity, in multiple ways.
