Association of Tribal Archives, Libraries, and Museums

The Association of Tribal Archives, Libraries, and Museums will use its grant to provide 24 web-based learning experiences and two international convenings focused on the continuing education needs of tribal archivists, librarians, and museum staff. Now in their tenth year, these professional development programs have proven highly effective in developing the knowledge, skills, and abilities of more than 750 caretakers of tribal materials and culture. These efforts have also created an international network of sharing and collaboration among indigenous libraries, archives, and museums worldwide.
