Rutgers University School of Communication, Information and Library Studies and its outreach program, Professional Development Studies, will build 22 online courses, which will allow students to choose between specialties in school library media services and digital libraries, and will admit 60 students per year to the online program. Six new faculty will be added to support interactive online classrooms. Addition of the online classes will allow an increased student capacity of approximately 50 percent. Match: $1,061,634
