In this early career development project, the University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Library and Information Studies will conduct a three-stage research project to investigate the impact of technological protection measures (TPMs) on the development and use of digital content by libraries in the United States. The study will examine the use of TPMs by research and academic libraries and investigate the impact of TPMs on learning, teaching, and scholarship.
