Miami Dade College, North Campus

Project PIPELINE is a pre-professional project to identify, educate and support library support staff at Miami Dade College, Florida International University, Miami Dade Public Library System, and Miami Dade County Public Schools, improving the staff’s foreign language and computer skills so they can better serve library clients. IMLS funding supports the completion of associate's, bachelor’s, or graduate degrees through tuition support, academic advisement, tutoring, test preparation assistance, mentoring, workshops, and certification support for approximately 30 library staff at the partnering institutions.
