The University of California-Riverside and its Inland Empire partners—San Bernardino County Library System, San Bernardino County Law Library, San Bernardino Public Library, Rancho Cucamonga Public Library, San Bernardino Valley Community College, Riverside Community College - Moreno Valley Campus, Riverside County Law Library, University of Redlands—will recruit and educate a new generation of librarians to advance diversity and service in order to better serve the changing population. The project will recruit 25 non-degreed library staff interested in pursuing a Master of Library and Information Science and will give them scholarships, internships, mentoring, and professional development.
