San Antonio Public Library Foundation

The San Antonio Public Library, in collaboration with the City of San Antonio, will recruit 20 candidates from current library staff to a master's degree program. The project will address current diversity and service needs within the San Antonio Public Library system. At least 12 candidates will be bilingual. The program will provide students with a mentor, workshops, individual executive coaching in leadership, and job rotation in order to give participants a well-rounded internship experience.
