Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, School of Library and Information Technologies will address the need for school library media specialists by expansion of their online Education master's in School Library and Information Technologies degree program through recruitment, program improvement, and advocacy. Minority candidates working in high need areas and candidates with high financial need will be chosen to receive scholarships to the program.
