Cherokee Heritage Center

This project brings together the Cherokee Heritage Center and the Eastern Oklahoma District Library System to create eight traveling “Cherokee-themed” exhibits coupled with programming packages that will rotate to each of the 14 participating libraries throughout a two-year time frame. The project will work to make both the museum and the library system active centers for learning in the local communities of small, rural and under-served populations.
