Boston Public Library

The Sargent Murals Restoration Project is a two-year model program of conservation and education bringing together the Boston Public Library and Harvard University Art Museums Straus Center for Conservation in a project to conserve the Boston Public Library's rare and valuable murals by John Singer Sargent and to document the conservation effort as well as engage the community in the process through interactive educational programs.
