Lummi Nation

This project will enhance literacy within the Lummi community by hosting holiday literacy events for both children and adults; creating and distributing themed literacy kits to parents, daycare centers, Head Start, and Tribal School students; sponsoring summer reading programs that highlight Native American culture and cultural diversity; and purchasing full-text databases, books, videos, and computer equipment.
