Pueblo of Jemez

The goals of this project are to strengthen the Jemez Library Consortium by sharing library resources and coordinating literacy programs with five local schools; to enhance reading skills of community members of all ages by providing family literacy programs, after-school tutoring, reading clubs and Summer Reading; to increase computer literacy and access to information for all community members; and to contribute to the preservation of the Jemez language and culture by providing programs on traditional arts, storytelling, and genealogy.
