This Basic grant supports existing library operations and maintains core library services, including expanding services for learning and access to information and educational resources in a variety of formats, establishing or enhancing electronic and other linkages and improved coordination among and between libraries and entities, providing training and professional development, including continuing education, and/or targeting and developing library services for individuals and all users.
