The purpose of the Kodiak Area Native Association’s (KANA) Basic grant is to inspire lifelong learning and promote cultural awareness and pride within the Koniag region. Library staff plan to increase the current collections of books and other materials for the Native Villages of Akhiok and Kaguyak as well as the Tangirnaq Native Village.
