Blue Lake Rancheria

This grant will provide basic library services to the Native American and public population on and around the Blue Lake Rancheria, California. The funding will provide for one part-time staff and one part-time tutor for K-12 students. This work will also expand on the digital book system initiated by the 2017 Basic grant.
