Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin

The Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin (MITW) will utilize the Native American Library services Basic Grant to support library services at the S. Verna Fowler Academic Library/Menominee Public Library located on the campus of the College of Menominee Nation. The focus for the upcoming year will be to maintain basic services and to start a library of things.The concept of the library of things is that it includes objects as small as a cake pan or as big as a bike. The thing is something you need but maybe cannot afford to buy. In this library the project will start with a variety of things to support holiday events like Halloween, Christmas, or birthdays and books about the things and their use as well.
