Kaw Nation

The purpose of this grant is to purchase books, magazine subscriptions, and electronic resources as well as to provide storytelling events and library supplies. A portion of the funding will be used to provide culturally significant Native American reading materials, resources, and technology to tribal members and other Native Americans within the service area. There will also be a focus on the continuing education of library staff and engagement in a library assessment to help with strategic planning and updating of library services.
