Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma

The Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma will work with the volunteer Kiowa Judicial Commission to hire a consultant to conduct a community needs assessment for the library. It will use the results of the assessment to develop a plan for the library and determine which books, computers, subscriptions, and supplies it will purchase for the library. Commission members will also recruit assistance from libraries and museums that are known to have collections of materials pertaining to the Kiowa Tribe. The project will provide direct benefit to the Kiowa Tribe and its surrounding community.
