Makah Indian Tribe

The Makah Tribe will support a Library staff assistant, software subscriptions, books, manuscripts and other library and archival resources to provide core library services and support the purchase of acid free containers, folders, and mylar sleeves to better preserve its archives and special collections. It will also support travel for staff to attend the annual Association of Tribal Archives, Libraries and Museums conference. This project will enhance collection management and increase access to collections, which will ultimately help increase awareness, education and interest in Makah culture and history.
