The Kuskokwim Corporation

The Kuskokwim Corporation will purchase supplies and books and hire a consultant to provide the technical expertise needed for developing an effective strategic plan for the library. The Alaska State Library will assist in selecting the consultant and supporting the library with other training needs. The strategic planning process will include a community needs assessment which will help inform the development of the library mission, goals, and objectives. The project will provide direct benefit to the Middle Kuskokwim and its surrounding communities.
