Kaltag Village

Kaltag Village will purchase computers, VR materials, books, and preservation supplies advance lifelong learning throughout the community, increase digital services, preserve and expand heritage resources, and provide training and mentorship to volunteers. Staff will train teen volunteers to partner with the Tribal Elders to help implement the use of the new Technology Center. It will also support skill-enhancing professional development for its library workforce. The project will provide direct benefit to the nearly 186 Tribal members with a focus on Tribal Elders and youth.
