Seminole Tribe of Florida

The Seminole Tribe of Florida's Library Program will promote life-long learning, expand scholastic opportunities, and increase access to educational materials which interest and attract the Tribal youth community and their families. Increasing the capacity of the libraries’ resources will target culturally appropriate literature that provides essential information, education, and guidance currently missing from its limited collections which will be made available to individuals of diverse backgrounds in underserved rural communities. The Tribe expects increased library user visitation and greater use of the Library Program’s holdings, particularly among youth and families.
