Stockbridge-Munsee Community

The Arvid E. Miller Memorial Library/Museum of the Stockbridge-Munsee Community in Bowler, Wisconsin will hire an individual to repair its metadata in the PastPerfect 5.0 content management system using OpenRefine, an open-source app designed to help with data cleanup. This individual will be involved in several activities that will further the organization of the library’s collections. This individual will take a course on Museum Collections Documentation and Data Cleaning through Athabasca University’s PowerED. With this knowledge, they will work with the Collections and Project Coordinator and the Cultural Affairs Director to create a metadata creation standard operating procedure and a metadata quality control standard operating procedure.
