Huslia Village

The Huslia Village Tribal Library will purchase internet, books, DVDs, a public use computer and accessories to support its existing operations and to maintain core library services for its remote isolated community. It will also purchase supplies for a newly established summer reading program to provide enriched learning experiences for children. By bolstering library resources and offering essential services such as internet access, the project seeks to bridge gaps in information access and promote literacy for community members, particularly children. The project will provide direct benefit to the 314 tribal citizens within its project service area.
