Aleutian Pribilof Islands Association, Inc.

Aleutian Pribilof Island Association (APIA), Inc will work in partnership with the constituent communities to strengthen, preserve and ensure the unity of the Unangax people by providing access to cultural knowledge and information, creating learning opportunities, and hosting events to support community connections. APIA’s priorities for the year include collections stewardship, community engagement and education, digitization and access, and professional development for Cultural Heritage (CH) staff. The staff will share ongoing work with tribal members and community organizations as well as the general public.
