Sault Sainte Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians

The Ojibwe Learning Center and Library of the Sault Saint Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians in Sault Saint Marie, Michigan will increase services and community engagement programs through the work of its staff and Library Aide by offering compensation for salary and wages. The Library Aide maintains the library database, oversees essential library functions, answers all library-related questions, and participates in community events related to library services. The Sault Tribe will maintain the library as a learning space, which is accessible and open to Sault Tribe departments, tribal and community members and community organizations.
