Native Village of Tetlin

The Native Village of Tetlin’s Tetlin School Library will purchase comfortable furniture to create a welcoming space and expand the collection of Alaskan-themed books to support its existing operations and to maintain core library services for its community. It will be implemented through a collaboration between the Native Village of Tetlin, Tetlin School, and Alaska Gateway School District. The project will support students through a conducive learning environment, expanded access to Alaskan-themed materials, and enhanced engagement in library activities. The library will provide enriched learning experiences for children enrolled in school on the reservation with a focus on those activities that will prepare them to move to the next level.
