Native Village of Port Lions

The Native Village of Port Lions will purchase children’s books and other library supplies, provide Internet access, and support the salary of the Tribal Librarian to maintain core library services and enhance existing operations for its community. The community has a large population of prekindergarten children and so the project will also purchase an early education literacy station to assist with early literacy and digital skills for young children in the community. The focus of the project for the year will be to enhance learning opportunities through the Tribal Library. The project will provide direct benefit Native Village of Port Lions community members.
