Ely Shoshone Tribe

The Ely Shoshone Tribe will purchase books, furniture, internet service, and supplies to support its existing operations and to maintain core library services for its community. It will expand its library collection with new at least 100 new books for children, young adults, and adults. This includes materials relating to the tribe, as well as fiction and non-fiction titles that will be selected based on the librarian’s research of available resources and community requests. The library will continue to host story hour programs for three age groups: 4–6 years of age, 7–9 years of age, and 10–13 years of age. The project will provide direct benefit to the tribal citizens within its project service area.
