Aroostook Band Micmacs

The Aroostook Micmac Council will purchase new books and a library management system to facilitate the book check out process. The library will also purchase new computers and study carrels to provide space and opportunity for Tribal members to research, study, and perform workforce and educational related activities. Librarians will also conduct resume writing and interview workshops as well as provide resources for elementary, secondary, and post-secondary students to promote college and career readiness. The project will provide direct benefit to the tribal members.
