Ninilchik Village

The Ninilchik Village Tribal Library serves a rural Alaskan community, providing information, resources, and special programming throughout the year. The library will improve and update its collection, acquiring new books, audio books, videos, and newspaper and magazine subscriptions. The library also will provide the community with access to computers and free internet and assist them with using the technology. Children’s programs designed to foster early literacy will feature local authors, while staff will be trained in how to best assist the public through sessions at the Alaska Library Association conference.
