The Oneida Indian Nation library in Oneida, New York, will continue to provide core services for the community. Full-time staff will manage the collection and help users access and utilize library resources. Staff also will plan and deliver pre-literacy programs for children ages two to five, along with a wide variety of user-centered programs and special events designed to provide opportunities for the community to engage in lifelong learning. Staff will continue to catalogue the library’s existing collection and plan to work with the Oneida Indian Nation Historical Resources Specialist to identify cultural, historical, or anthropological resources to enhance it.
