Yurok Tribe

The Yurok Tribe will use IMLS funds to hire a Repatriation/Collections Program Coordinator.  This individual will work with the Repatriation Manager to update existing collection policies, institute new policies and procedures for disaster preparedness and risk assessment, and create a procedure manual for tribal staff to follow.  Funds will also be used by the Repatriation Manager and Collections Program Coordinator for a trip to a Past Perfect training seminar.  Knowledge gained from this workshop will be used to transfer the old tribal database to the new Past Perfect system.
