Yurok Tribe

The Yurok Tribe will create an exhibition, and associated cultural programming, related to Yurok history and tradition at the tribal office and community center in Weitchpec, California. The community center serves as the single location for the community to gather, share, and learn from each other.  The project will improve museum services at the Yurok Tribe by enhancing cultural awareness for the wider community, creating a venue for traditional knowledge, and generating an interactive educational resource for school children.
