Edgerton Explorit Center

Purpose: Expanding Educational Services The Edgerton Explorit Center will hire a Distance Learning Educator to develop, deliver, and coordinate the Distance Learning Project. The project will encompass new education programs, as well as provide access to programs offered by other institutions, including NASA, National Geographic Society, and MIT. Under this project, participating schools will be provided daily instruction via distance learning, and teachers will have the opportunity to participate in workshops. These activities will assist Nebraska schools with achieving the state education standards for math and science.
