Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco

Purpose: Expanding Educational Services The Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco (FAMSF) will develop and initiate a program of Curriculum Guides that will closely link the museum's diverse collections to visual art and history/social science curriculum for all grade levels 1st through 12th, as determined by the San Francisco Unified-School District and the California Department of Education. The project will expand educational services by developing, systematizing, and disseminating a comprehensive program of six curriculum guides. The guides will be available through the school District's internal distribution system, on-site at the museum, by mail, and in a downloadable format on the internet.
