EcoTarium

Building Public Access The EcoTarium, with its 60,000 square-foot museum building, outdoor exhibits, live animal habitats, interpreted nature trails, and tree canopy walkway, is a major educational resource for the diverse region of central Massachusetts. This grant will enable the EcoTarium to develop an Exhibit Master Plan, providing a roadmap for future exhibit development and fundraising. The detailed master plan will provide needed direction for the next phase of indoor exhibit improvements, allowing the institution to undertake a coordinated effort in fundraising, exhibit development, and installation. It will further the redevelopment of the EcoTarium's exhibits and reinterpretation of collections as guided by the museum's latest mission statement and strategic plan.
