Building Public Access The goal of the Fenton History Center project is to build electronic public access to local historical and genealogical collections housed at the newly-created Center. The grant will be used to purchase and implement information technology to make this project, Jamestown Center for Historical Research Partnering to Make Our History Accessible, a reality. The grant, coupled with in-kind services, will support the staff, office technology, and services to provide the public with around-the clock access to this important collection. Among the collections that will be available to the public include internationally known individuals such as New York Governor Reuben E. Fenton, Supreme Court Justice and Nuremberg Trial Prosecutor Robert H. Jackson, Lucille Ball, Desi Arnez, and naturalist Roger Tory Peterson.
