University of Southern California (Pacific Asia Museum)

USC Pacific Asia Museum will retrofit two sections of its onsite collections storage facilities for long-term care and stabilization of 1,065 objects as part of a long-term project to protect the collection from effects of seismic activity, expand collections storage capacity, improve storage conditions, and increase accessibility for museum staff and visiting scholars. Increased accessibility will allow staff to complete an updated inventory and condition report, as well as update information on the works in the collections database. The project will provide optimal storage conditions to protect and perverse the museum's significant historical, cultural and artistic legacy benefiting future generations.
