Denver Art Museum

Denver Art Museum (DAM) will develop participatory programs co-designed by the museum's education staff and local creative entrepreneurs to respond to the challenge of rethinking traditional forms of audience engagement. "Test Kitchens" will be spaces that provide activities tied to art to engage the creative community, and "Pop-Ups" will be spaces in galleries with participatory activities that respond, extend, or react to the gallery where they are located. The project encourages dialogue among visitors and artists, deepening the visitor experience and positioning DAM as a catalyst for creativity.
