Museum of Russian Art

The Museum of Russian Art (TMORA) will transform the museum’s Web site from a basic, static space into a content-rich, interactive destination that fosters ongoing engagement with TMORA’s exhibitions and resources. The new Web site, “Tmora.org: a Virtual Portal to the World of Russian Art” (tmora.org), will be designed to readily accommodate expansion and integration of the museum’s dynamic succession of installations and programming. It will first showcase four exhibitions and associated programming from TMORA’s ongoing series of installations that explore Russian/Soviet culture and its connections to the American experience through different artistic media. Through its twenty-first century strategies and connective tools, the new tmora.org will offer a vibrant virtual museum experience that can continually grow, evolve, and serve both the museum’s existing community and new online audiences.
