Orange County Museum of Art

Though the Orange County Museum of Art (OCMA) has grown in its core areas of collections, exhibitions and public programs, its Web site has not kept pace with the growing expectations of its tech-savvy and geographically dispersed audiences. OCMA will transform its Web site into a dynamic, interactive resource that better connects local, regional, and national audiences with museum programs, deepening each audience member’s relationship with the museum. The new site will allow increased accessibility and provide in-depth information on works from the collection. The site will also include blogs by curators and the museum director, digital exhibit catalogues and essays, downloadable content for handheld devices, and a variety of interactive viewer-response activities.
