Oregon State Library

The State Library of Oregon will use funds to support the goals of their Five-Year Plan for FY 2023-2027, which reflect the purposes and priorities of the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA). Specific goals include: 1) Oregon libraries break down systemic barriers; 2) Oregon libraries close the digital divide; 3) Oregon libraries support students, youth, and lifelong learners; 4) Oregon libraries build relationships to foster community; and 5) Oregon libraries have the training and resources they need.
