The Delaware Division of Libraries will use funds under the CARES Act to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus; to expand digital network access, purchase internet accessible devices, and provide technical support services.  They will continue to support the goals of their Five-Year Plan for FY 2018-2022. In Delaware, specific goals address 1) Being served by online services and local libraries that are technologically advanced and employ knowledgeable and community-focused staff members who incorporate the best professional practices to deliver high quality library services; 2) Having convenient access to the quality information resources they need to succeed in school and at work and to fulfill their personal goals; and 3) Delawareans reaching their full potential in the 21st century. d.
