The Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources, the assigned State Library Administrative Agency for the US. Virgin Islands, will establish a newspaper digitization project at both St. Thomas and St. Croix islands. They will digitize and make available island historical and cultural document and local newspapers to increase access for the public.
